General Rules[edit]
- Make sure to update index.html page with link to current issue when Newsletter is ready for review.
- For library of ascii characters: http://www.ascii.cl/htmlcodes.htm
- For random key generator: http://randomkeygen.com/
Source Newsletters[edit]
- Name each issue with letters and numbers provided from the "256-bit WEP Keys" field in the random key generator website. Begin each title with next chronological number (ie, if the previous source newsletter is called "65______" the next one would be "66_____"
- To reference styling of sub-bullets in copy, see 62CE646A6DCD5A2BCD4A1 "educational2.html"
- When copy in word document is bold and underlined, HTML should be bold and italicized
- When providing information on an event with speaker, time and location information, separate the entire block of copy with horizontal lines (hr tag)
- An MP3 or other audio file that has been provided but not given a path should be handled as follows: Push the mp3 file to cdn.medge.com/………/………….. and then link that in an email. If you don’t have ftp access to cdn.medge.com, please check with Jason Lehmkuhle. Also, please make sure you upload to the right subfolder. Check with Rama before doing any of this.
