Rules for formatting PSC Map pads

Small Map Pad

  1. Pickup SMP template here: /Volumes/data/CREATIVE/QUEST DIAGNOSTICS/TEMPLATES/PRINT/2.0 Templates/2.0 Map Pads
  2. Enter information highlighted by the "Do Not Print" layer of the InDesign Document (in pink).
  3. create map from Google Maps search. Template for Illustrator document is here: /Volumes/data/CREATIVE/QUEST DIAGNOSTICS/PSC LOCATION MAPS/2.0 PSC LOCATION MAPS/2.0 MAP TEMPLATES
  4. update PSC lit code and date on back
