Getting Started

  • All files needed to slice for Greenbox can be found here data/CREATIVE/QUEST DIAGNOSTICS/TEMPLATES/DIGITAL/Greenbox
  • All slices for Greenbox need to be made in a similar fashion to ensure consistency throughout the site.
  • Each time a new piece of creative is sliced for Greenbox, 5 images (single sided) 9 images (double sided) are needed to go to the programming team
  1. Enlarged
  2. Enlarged Markup
  3. Regular
  4. Thumb
  5. Thumb Markup

Please refer to table below for sizing/file naming for each of these five items.

Steps for Creating Slices

  1. Open the final InDesign document
  2. Save file (keep job number as a reference for the future) to a folder called Working File in the appropriate Greenbox slices folder (data/CREATIVE/QUEST DIAGNOSTICS/TEMPLATES/DIGITAL/Greenbox/Slices)
  3. Now you can go ahead and customize the layers in your INDD to use in aiding the slicing process.
