Editing QFeed Article Management

===To check inbox:===

1. Login using your login

2. See if there is a new request in the QFeed inbox

3. If there is one, open the request and pull the word document out of the email to your desktop to edit.

4. Open word document and review content and make any necessary changes, scroll to the bottom and sign your name (I always sign Steph’s name because they are so confused about who actually checks this. They still refer to me in emails as Rebecca!) and save.

===Sending for approval:===
*Take the initial request email and append the subject line with – for your approval and forward to Megan Eggleston (Megan.L.Eggleston@QuestDiagnostics.com). Attach the edited story with your signoff from the desktop · CC QFeed on the email as well (QFeed@questdiagnostics.com)
*Example email:

Good morning–

Attached is a new one for your review/approval.

Thanks!

===Once approval is received:===

*Once you receive confirmation from Megan that the story is approved, drag the new story from her email to your desktop.
*Open the original request email from the submitter and hit reply. Attach the approved story from your desktop to the email.
*CC QFeed on this approval as well.
*Example email:

Good afternoon Callie –

This has been approved. Please send it on to Qforce Support (QForceSupport@questdiagnostics.com) and they will post it for you.
