This is all out of date. Start by loading an imp file at [http://indiemapper.com/app/] http://indiemapper.com/app/ Turn off the Graticule layer if you use my original one: /Volumes/data/CREATIVE/EMPLOYER SOLUTIONS/PRESENTATIONS/37653-Network Maps for PPT/PLANNING/data/All-Quest-Locations-2.imp Put your data into a csv file with columns named and convert to a kml at [http://www.convertcsv.com/csv-to-kml.htm] http://www.convertcsv.com/csv-to-kml.htm Load that kml into Indiemapper. You will probably have to do some jiggering with the styles and zoom level, but when you have isolated the states you want on the page, you can export as .svg and provide that file to creative. For your reference, Quest greens that are appropriate for dots are: #BFD22B and #54B948 Always save your .imp file in the Planning directory of the job folder, so we can load later if necessary.
