Whenever any job is duplicated and shares common elements, such as photos, logos, or layouts, it should be turned in to a template. Templates live within the /TEMPLATES folder such as the one below: /CREATIVE/QUEST DIAGNOSTICS/TEMPLATES/PRINT/2015 Brand Templates/Competitive Landscape/XXXXX-v1-CL-[NAME].indd Follow the example shown in this file, ensuing your template meets the following criteria: *Every piece of text is a pure style, meaning there is no plus sign shown when it is used. *Character styles are used for all unique styling. *The name of the style is shown on the first usage in the template *Common rules for creating a file are placed in a yellow box on the artboard *All images are linked to an image in the Photos Logos directory, preferably in Template Images *QD_stacked_logo_r_cmyk_gradient_unchecked mesh.eps is the logo that should be used to avoid strange circular patterning on output
