====Large Map Pad & Extra Large Map Pad (Template c1a-XXXXX-v1-[8-7XLMP] ONLY)====

#Make sure locations are listed alphabetically by City Name. Make sure to check all locations and if there is one named with a nickname/street name, change the name to City (space n-dash space) Nickname or Street Name. This ensures that the patient will be able to quickly and effectively scan the map pad for the location closest to them by easily recognizing the cities
#Enter information highlighted by the "Do Not Print" layer of the InDesign Document (in pink)
#Place small maps @ 70% into layout and large area map (on front) in at 100% (LMP) and 75% (XLMP)
#Update PSC lit code and date on back

====Extra Large Map Pad====
